Ritz99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for All Malaysian Players

To register and use a ritz99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Is an individual registering on their own behalf, not on behalf of any third party
• Has not previously had a ritz99 account terminated or suspended for a breach of the Terms
• Not suffering from any mental impairment or disorder that prevents you from understanding and being accountable for your actions
• Not using the platform in a professional capacity or as a representative of any company without prior written authorisation from ritz99
• Having full legal entitlement to use the payment card, e-wallet, or other payment method used to deposit funds into the account

Ritz99 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at ritz99. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms. ritz99 employs a range of technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including checks on IP address, device information, name, date of birth, and identification number.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• Provide an active email address and a valid Malaysian mobile number
• Set a strong, unique password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Not sharing your account login credentials with any other party

Ritz99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Ritz99 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All amounts on the platform are displayed and processed in RM. ritz99 supports the following deposit methods available to Malaysian users:

All registered payment methods must be in the same name as your ritz99 account. ritz99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be frozen pending investigation.

Winnings may be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for standard accounts, and RM30 for VIP Silver members and above. No maximum withdrawal limit is set for regular members, while daily limits may vary depending on VIP tier.

• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for regular members, and 1 to 5 minutes for VIP members
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements typically range between 10x to 30x of the bonus amount — please refer to each promotion's terms
• ritz99 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse, fraud, or a breach of the Terms is suspected
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash
• The expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer — bonuses that have expired will be automatically forfeited

All games offered on the ritz99 platform — including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, baccarat, and other table games — operate in accordance with their respective game rules as set by the game providers and ritz99.

The outcomes of all online (non-live) games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent third-party auditing body. This ensures that every spin, every hand, and every wheel rotation is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including ritz99 itself.

• Outcomes determined by the game system are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, affected bets will be voided and the full stake returned to the account

• Strategies intended to exploit any vulnerabilities in the games or system may result in account termination

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match is postponed or cancelled by the organiser
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded
• ritz99 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing
• For live betting, the odds applied are those at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not the odds displayed at the moment of clicking
• The Cash Out feature is available at ritz99's discretion and the value may differ from the full return of a bet
• The maximum stake per match is subject to limits set by ritz99 and may vary by league and bet type

Ritz99 platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following. A violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one active account at any one time
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any location-masking software to access the platform
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illicit financial purpose
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Using automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party in any form
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the technical functions of the ritz99 platform
• Using another person's funds or depositing money on behalf of a third party without their knowledge

Ritz99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a relevant authority.

Users are also entitled to close their own account at any time by contacting the ritz99 customer support team. For account closures initiated by the user:

• Any cash balance (real money, excluding bonuses) will be refunded in full once the verification process is complete
• Active bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation
• The account closure process takes between 1 and 5 business days
• Transaction records of terminated accounts will be retained by ritz99 for 7 years in accordance with legal requirements

The ritz99 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While ritz99 makes every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we do not guarantee that it will always be entirely free from disruptions, technical errors, or service outages.

Ritz99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, internet failures, or third-party service outages beyond ritz99's control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials
• Betting or game outcomes that the user finds satisfactory or unsatisfactory
• Loss of anticipated profits or indirect losses of any kind

In any event, ritz99's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the actual funds held in that user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Ritz99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ritz99 website. For significant changes, ritz99 will endeavour to provide notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment comes into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

This document is written in Bahasa Melayu. Should translations in other languages exist, the Bahasa Melayu version shall be definitive and shall prevail over any other translation in the event of a conflict in meaning.
